Canine Code uses up-to-date and gentle but efficient training methods that your puppy will love and respond to rapidly. You will receive just as much advice on how to achieve a happy dog, as how to achieve an obedient dog. Our classes are comprised of behaviour training, trouble shooting, obedience skills, socialisation and habituation. You will train a set of basic commands designed for an indoor pet’s lifestyle and learn how to deal with problematic behaviours such as toilet training, jumping up, play biting and barking. Kira is also the Vice President of the Association of Australian Professional Dog Trainers (AAPDT) and you'll be able to watch her presenting the puppy school segment on Bondi Vet.
It is safe to participate for any puppy over 8 weeks of age as long as they have had 1 vaccine shot (given by the breeder at 6 weeks of age). We train in a clean indoor environment and there will be at least two fully certified trainers present for every 4 puppies. All classes are facilitated by Kira.
